On the Job
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring all transactions comply with accounting standards
- Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes, including aging analysis and reconciliations
- Perform monthly bank, vendor, and inter-company reconciliations to ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Use ZOHO Books for day-to-day accounting, reporting, and process automation
- Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance filings, and assist in year-end audit preparation with organized documentation
- Prepare periodic financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet) and MIS reports for management review
Must-haves (Min. qualifications)
- Semi-Qualified CA (Inter CA cleared)
- 3–5 years of practical experience in bookkeeping and accounting
- Prior exposure to CA firms or managing multiple client accounts/audit assignments is a strong plus
- Hands-on experience with ZOHO Books or the ZOHO Finance Suite
- Advanced Excel proficiency (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, financial modeling)
- Strong understanding of AR/AP cycles, reconciliations, and statutory compliances (GST/TDS)

- Ability to work independently and manage tight month-end timelines
- Effective communication skills to coordinate with vendors and internal/external stakeholders
