On the Job
- Own the end-to-end new user experience on FamApp - user acquisition, onboarding and KYC, etc
- Define user acquisition strategy from a product lens, design scalable referral loops for growth
- Collaborate with brand, marketing and design to drive organic and inorganic user acquisitions
- Segment users and define which users land on which during onboarding funnel
- Collaborate with closely with data team to improve acquisition efficiency
Must Haves
- 8–10 years of Product Management experience in B2C / consumer product
- Worked on growth of consumer products (specially on user acquisition and onboarding funnels)
- Owned and improved end-to-end growth funnels
- Have worked on CAC to LTV outcomes
- Strong understanding of performance-led marketing
- Experience in building organic growth channels and driving product led growth.
- Partnered closely with Marketing, Design, Engineering and Analytics while owning product outcomes
- Experience in mentoring a team of PMs
- Sharp analytical skills.
