- We are tackling a $400B+ market opportunity, and we’re assembling a world-class team of Account Executives to help us get there.
This is a full-cycle Account Executive role responsible for owning both inbound and outbound opportunities, managing deals from initial discovery through close, and driving expansion within existing customer accounts.
- In this role, you will work closely with customer experience and support leaders at mid-market and enterprise organizations to understand their operational challenges and help them adopt AI-driven solutions that improve efficiency, reduce support burden, and deliver better customer outcomes.
- This role is well suited for an experienced B2B SaaS seller who enjoys consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and is comfortable selling a technical, AI-enabled platform. You will partner closely with Solutions, Implementation, and Customer Success teams throughout the sales process to ensure strong alignment and long-term customer value.
What You'll Be Doing (Responsibilities):
- Identify high-potential business and verticals and develop and execute outbound strategies to bring them to Forethought
- Turn inbound demand into happy Forethought customers
- Manage our sales pipeline, utilizing the sales process and playbook in place.
- Define and communicate the specific benefits of Forethought appropriate for each user, from the first discovery, demo and trial process.
- Own New Business opportunities from start-to-finish along with Expansion for our current customer base.
Who You Are (Skill):
- 7+ years in a closing and quota-carrying role, while consistently exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Experience in B2B SaaS. Preferably has sold AI in a Mid-Market and/or Enterprise role.
- Proven track record of long-term customer retention
- Technical competency to understand Forethought's software and build great relationships with CX leaders
- Problem-solving chops, and an enthusiasm for making a large impact
- Startup experience is a plus!

Compensation
- The salary range, $125K-$150K base reflects the target for new hire base salaries; final offers are tailored to the candidate's specific location, years of experience, and job-related competencies.
