Key Responsibilities
- Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities across existing accounts to increase ARR
- Build and execute account expansion strategies aligned to customer business goals
- Own renewals, retention, and churn risk mitigation
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to showcase ROI and uncover growth opportunities
- Leverage customer data and usage insights to recommend relevant solutions
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing to refine expansion plays
- Maintain accurate pipelines, forecasts, and account plans in CRM tools
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Customer Expansion roles
- Proven track record of upselling, cross-selling, and driving account growth (Must Have)
- Experience in B2B SaaS or technology-driven sales environments
- Strong value-based selling, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Data-driven mindset with comfort in forecasting and reporting
- Hands-on experience with CRMs like Salesforce or HubSpot
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels
