- Unlock Insights Through Data: Conduct ad-hoc analysis and provide insights that inform GTM strategy, customer onboarding, and support efficiency.

- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to distinguish symptoms from root causes.
- Experience working in technical support, RevOps, operations engineering, or workflow automation.
- Ability to communicate complex technical details clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Comfortable working with data (SQL, dashboards, analysis) to support decision-making.
- Curiosity, proactivity, and a strong bias toward learning new systems and solving problems at scale.
Bonus Points For ✅
- Experience using or integrating AI tools (LLMs, agents, prompt engineering, automation tools like Make/Zapier/N8N/RelevanceAI).
- Experience building support workflows or automations in tools like DevRev, Intercom, Zendesk, Glean, or similar.
- Previous exposure to GTM, RevOps, support operations, or startup environments.
