What you’ll be doing
- Providing a high-quality support experience to our merchant partners and sales team.
- Onboarding new partners by introducing our systems and setting up profiles, users, and payment options.
- Preparing monthly sales reports and reviewing bonus payments.
- Preparing and drafting cooperation agreements.
- Advising, visiting, and training partners on our products and services when needed.
- Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and ensuring accurate product and process information is shared.
Ideally, you’d have:
- 1-2 years of relevant previous experience in a similar role (e.g. Sales Support Specialist/Assistant, Insurance Assistant, or related position).
- Interest in sales processes and the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with great attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle several tasks and priorities at once.
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong communication skills in written and spoken Estonian & English.
