Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify and target new corporate clients and institutional accounts; deliver presentations, negotiate deals, and execute strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, manage onboarding, and maintain ongoing communication to understand and fulfill travel requirements
  • Prepare proposals and pricing, coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery, and ensure compliance with company and corporate policies
  • Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities, track market trends and competitor actions, and participate in industry events to expand market presence
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, track KPIs and performance metrics, and provide management with insights to support strategic decisions

Requirements

  • A minimum of Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in any discipline
  • 2–6 years of experience in forex sales, corporate sales, travel sales, or business development
  • Experience working with an AD II, or travel/education t firms is an added advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Negotiation and contract management abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused
