Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and target new corporate clients and institutional accounts; deliver presentations, negotiate deals, and execute strategies to achieve sales targets
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, manage onboarding, and maintain ongoing communication to understand and fulfill travel requirements
- Prepare proposals and pricing, coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery, and ensure compliance with company and corporate policies
- Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities, track market trends and competitor actions, and participate in industry events to expand market presence
- Maintain accurate CRM records, track KPIs and performance metrics, and provide management with insights to support strategic decisions
Requirements
- A minimum of Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in any discipline
- 2–6 years of experience in Forex sales, corporate sales, travel sales, or business development
- Experience working with an AD II, or travel/education t firms is an added advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Negotiation and contract management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused
