Core Responsibilities
- Lead negotiation and drafting on commercial and international government deals and transactions while supporting the continuous improvement of standard form agreements and legal processes
- Advise on complex legal and business matters to solve a multitude of challenges across the company, including in the compliance and regulatory space
- Partner closely with international sales teams on deal strategy and enterprise level relationships in-region
- Assist in building infrastructure and processes to optimally deliver legal support in a scalable manner
- Collaborate with Business, Operations, Finance, and Engineering teams to drive deals to execution

- Fluency in Arabic (written and spoken) would be preferred, but is not required for this role
What We Require
- Qualified lawyer in the US, UK, or other common law jurisdiction, fluent in written and spoken English, with at least 3-8 years of post qualification experience at a top-firm and/or in-house, and a Bachelor of Law or equivalent law degree from a top-tier university/law school
