Core Responsibilities
- Configure and manage both commercial and GCC High M365 and Azure environments
- Act as Microsoft 365 SME and point of escalation for tech support and operations teams within the broader IT organization
- Drive the implementation of Microsoft products and workflows, developing creative technical solutions that enhance and streamline business operations
- Partner with Palantir’s Compliance teams to maintain compliance with key regulatory frameworks, and with the Information Security team to maintain security posture while improving user efficiency
- Research, develop, and deploy new techniques to manage our systems programmatically and eliminate manual work
- Incorporate the latest industry trends and standards into Palantir’s continually evolving M365 environment

What We Require
- Experience automating solutions using PowerShell and the Microsoft Graph API
- Experience configuring, administering, and owning Microsoft 365 and Azure environments
- Fluency in at least one programming language, and a commitment to automating solutions
