What you need –
- 5+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on cloud-native applications.
- Strong programming skills in cloud-native environments, preferably Go/C/C++/Python
- Proficiency in microservices development, API design, and messaging frameworks (such as Kafka, gRPC, REST).
- Familiarity with the entire software development lifecycle, including documentation, design, implementation, unit tests, and debugging skills.
- Experience with cloud-native architectures, Kubernetes, DB’s, and container orchestration. - advantage
- Experience with O-RAN architecture or networking protocols is a plus.
- Experience with observability tools, cloud scaling, and dependency management in cloud environments is a plus.
What you will do -
- Design and develop robust cloud-native applications and services within our cloud environment.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers, sharing your expertise and fostering best practices within the team.
- Contribute to elevating the team's software development practices to industry standards.
- Actively support product delivery activities and Proof of Concepts (PoCs), ensuring seamless execution and successful outcomes.
- Analyze and enhance product performance, continuously seeking ways to improve efficiency, scalability, and reliability.
- Translate complex technical specifications into actionable software requirements and detailed development plans.
