Responsibilities
- Be the main point of contact (POC) for our merchant support and attend to all merchants in their administrative operations
- Ensure commissions payments, promotions, incentives, etc. will be paid on time
- Coordinate the business planning process (discovery, ideation, initiative sizing, business plan creation, governance setup, execution start)
- Coordinate promotional and marketing materials' shipping to merchants
- Interface and coordinate between the merchant and company's team to create action plans and mobilize the necessary resources to hit our agreed-upon business objectives
- Maintain all information concerning references, prices, users, etc in our system
- Support sales area to implement programs related to merchants or clerks
- Coordinate special cross functional projects (Consignment, Cash in Advance, etc.)
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in administrative areas
- + 5 years of experience in similar areas, making relationships with partners and merchants and leading cross- functional projects.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Used to work on fast paced environments
