Key responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a sales enablement strategy to boost productivity and consistency across teams.
  • Design and lead training sessions and workshops focused on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement.
  • Create and maintain sales materials and playbooks that clearly outline best practices and processes.
  • Analyze performance data to identify improvement opportunities and measure the impact of enablement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment between sales objectives, marketing campaigns, and operational processes.
  • Facilitate communication and feedback loops between field teams and management to enhance execution and results.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales enablement, commercial operations, or training within dynamic industries such as retail, fintech, or consumer goods.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts into engaging and accessible content.
  • Proven experience delivering enablement programs in various formats, including large group sessions, train-the-trainer programs, and 1:1 coaching.
  • Experience designing and executing training programs for front-line teams in fintech, financial services, or consumer technology sectors.
  • Proficient in Google Sheets and presentation tools such as Google Slides; familiar with CRM systems, data reporting tools, and design/illustration platforms like Canva.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement training or performance improvement programs based on data-driven insights.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
