- Work closely with video, design, and internal teams to deliver a unified brand story.
- Manage day to day posting, scheduling, and social automation tools where relevant.

- Deeply Solana native: you follow the builders, the memes, the narratives, the timelines.
- Proven track record of growing large audiences in crypto, fintech, or creator ecosystems.
- Strong creative instincts with the ability to ideate, storyboard, and package content.
- Comfortable being hands on and fast: agile, iterative, and able to ship daily.
- Fluent across short form platforms: X, IG Reels, TikTok.
- Capable of translating complex concepts into simple, engaging content.
- Sharp analytical mindset: you make decisions based on data, not vibes.
- Reliable operator who can manage multiple campaigns and deliver consistent output.
- Excellent communicator with an eye for narrative structure and brand coherence.
