In this role, you will get to

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for tech and non-tech roles, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies; be a subject-matter expert to give hiring advice to hiring managers.
  • Source and attract top-tier talents through various channels, including social media and professional networks.
  • Participate and be initiative in any PeopleOps team related projects such as job fairs, internship program, onboarding, employer branding, employee engagement, etc.
  • Assist in other ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned.

You'll be successful if you have

  • Fresh grad who has strong interest in recruitment work OR 1 year of experience in recruitment, customer service, or consultant.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to exercise sound judgment; capable of interacting with business units/hiring managers to recommend hiring advice
  • Strong English proficiency, both written/verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks
  • High motivation to learn new things all the time, be ready to tackle new challenges.
