The Role:
- As a Decision Engine Team Lead, you play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of the assigned team. Your responsibilities include collaborating with SoFi Engineering and other BU teams, facilitating effective communication among team members, participating in technical and business meetings, and overall ownership of the team's success. Additionally, you are expected to leverage your expertise to contribute value to the team.
What You'll Do:
- Crafting Rulesets and Automation: Demonstrate proficiency in formulating rulesets within the decision engine. Implement automation processes through Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD).

- Experience: 5+ years of experience in data engineering, software engineering, or AI/ML development. Prior experience in financial service-oriented development is a plus. Prior experience with a decision engine is a plus.
