We are looking for a Program Manager to lead the delivery of complex, multi-workstream enterprise PXM, PIM, and MDM implementations and programs, ensuring predictable outcomes and strong stakeholder confidence.
- In this role, you will own program planning, execution, governance, and communication across customers, partners, and internal teams, working closely with Solution Architects, Implementation Leads, Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams.
- Own end-to-end delivery of large-scale PXM, PIM, and MDM programs
- Manage program plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, and budgets
- Lead scope, change control, and risk management
- Coordinate execution across architecture, implementation, product, engineering, and partners
- Communicate program status, risks, and mitigation plans clearly to stakeholders
- Enforce delivery governance, standards, and execution discipline
What Success Looks Like
- Programs are delivered on time and within approved scope and budget
- Risks and dependencies are identified and managed proactively
- Stakeholders receive clear, accurate, and timely communication
- Customers and leadership express confidence in program execution and governance
- 10+ years of experience in program or project management for enterprise technology initiatives
- Proven experience leading large, cross-functional, and partner-led programs
- Strong stakeholder communication and governance skills
- Experience with enterprise SaaS platforms and integrations
- Bachelor’s degree required
Nice to Have
- Experience with PXM, PIM, MDM, or similar enterprise data platforms
- Background working with System Integrators (SIs) or delivery partners
- Strong reporting and forecasting skills (Excel, dashboards, KPIs)
This position will require working from Bangalore office twice a week.
