What You'll Do
- Manage and extend relationships with key stakeholders across the Business, IT, and C-level
- Manage complex sales cycles, utilizing internal and external resources as appropriate
- Hold accountability for developing and implementing account vision, strategy, and ways of working
- Contribute to team sales goals
- Meet/Exceed pipeline generation and revenue targets
- Work both independently and cohesively in a team environment
- Keep current with industry trends and engage customers in addressing their business challenges
- Act with urgency, integrity, and a focus on the customer
Requirements
- 5+ years combined experience across sales, account management, and consulting in SaaS, Software, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience focused on account management serving Life Sciences
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas
- Excellent account planning and execution skills
- Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentations skills
- Ability to work with a wide range of customers from end users to C-level
- Must be highly self-motivated and able to work with little direct supervision
- A passion for solving customer business problems
- Must have a team-first mentality
- Business-level fluency in German and English
Nice to Have
- 5+ years of account management within the Life Science industry
- Understanding of R&D and Quality software solutions, particularly Clinical, Quality, Regulatory, and Safety
