What You'll Do

  • Understand and present the Veeva products and inspire prospect interest
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders across business, IT, and C-level
  • Lead long-term relationships and transactions with existing customers through customer success
  • Meet/exceed pipeline generation and revenue targets
  • Manage complex sales cycles, utilizing internal and external resources as appropriate
  • Be willing to travel

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in working as a large enterprise account management or working in a pharmaceutical company
  • Ability to understand customer business needs and propose and implement appropriate solutions
  • Strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders, including C-level executives
  • A proactive approach to managing complex sales processes and achieving results
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Must be highly self-motivated and able to work with little direct supervision
  • Experience working successfully in a rapidly changing environment
  • 4-year degree required
  • Valid working visa in Japan is required
  • Native Level of Japanese
  • Business Level of English

Nice to Have

  • Understanding of content management challenges in the life sciences industry and value of CRM is desired
