What You'll Do
- Manage and grow relationships with key stakeholders across Business, IT, and C-level within our customers
- Lead cross-functional/regional teams to achieve targets and renewals
- Meet/exceed pipeline generation and revenue targets including annual renewals
- Manage complex sales cycles, utilizing internal and external resources as appropriate
- Act with urgency, integrity, and a focus on the customer
- Protect and expand Veeva's footprint in the region through robust daily account management, new customer acquisition, a strong focus on operational excellence, and a passion for understanding and supporting your customer’s business and IT goals
- Oversee and coach the multi-functional global account team with robust internal governance to drive innovation and enable execution excellence
- Navigate complex sales cycles, articulate contextual value propositions, and negotiate key contracts and annual renewals of licenses
- Manage account administration and actively provide input for accurate forecasting
- Keep current with industry trends and expand knowledge of legacy and novel Veeva offerings
Requirements
- 5+ years combined experience across sales and consulting services
- Experience from Software/Consulting/Pharmaceutical Marketing Agency
- Deep understanding of the Life Sciences industry and familiarity with digital transformation for Commercial within the sector
- Proven track record of cultivating multi-layered relationships across multiple functions, including, business, IT and procurement
- Ability to articulate complex value propositions and ROI analysis
- Organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Strong work ethic with focus on customer success
- Self-starter / Self-motivator who is able to work in an autonomous environment
- Team first attitude
- The candidate must live in the Nordic region, ideally within commuting distance to Copenhagen
