What You'll Do
- You will be a critical member of the Veeva Europe sales organization, and will help establish Veeva LIMS as the go-to LIMS solution for biotechs
- Understand Veeva LIMS and work with internal colleagues to build a sales strategy
- Create and manage relationships with key stakeholders across the Business, IT, and C-level
- Manage complex sales cycles, utilizing internal and external resources as appropriate
- Contribute to team sales goals
- Meet/exceed pipeline generation and revenue targets
- Work both independently and cohesively in a team environment
- Keep current with industry trends and engage customers in addressing their business challenges
- Act with urgency, integrity, and a focus on customer success
Requirements
- 5+ years experience selling software to the Life Sciences industry
- 2+ years experience selling complementary solutions or competitive solutions into Quality across biopharma sponsors
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas
- Excellent account planning and execution skills
- Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Ability to work with a wide range of customers from end users to C-level
- Must be highly self-motivated and able to work with little direct supervision
- A passion for solving customer business problems
- Must have a team-first mentality
- Business-level fluency in English required
Nice to Have
- Additional business-level fluency in other European languages such as German, French and/or Italian
- Understanding of R&D and Quality software solutions, particularly Clinical, Quality, Regulatory, and Safety
