What You'll Do

  • You will be a critical member of the Veeva Europe sales organization, and will help establish Veeva LIMS as the go-to LIMS solution for biotechs
  • Understand Veeva LIMS and work with internal colleagues to build a sales strategy
  • Create and manage relationships with key stakeholders across the Business, IT, and C-level
  • Manage complex sales cycles, utilizing internal and external resources as appropriate
  • Contribute to team sales goals
  • Meet/exceed pipeline generation and revenue targets
  • Work both independently and cohesively in a team environment
  • Keep current with industry trends and engage customers in addressing their business challenges
  • Act with urgency, integrity, and a focus on customer success

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience selling software to the Life Sciences industry
  • 2+ years experience selling complementary solutions or competitive solutions into Quality across biopharma sponsors
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas
  • Excellent account planning and execution skills
  • Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work with a wide range of customers from end users to C-level
  • Must be highly self-motivated and able to work with little direct supervision
  • A passion for solving customer business problems
  • Must have a team-first mentality
  • Business-level fluency in English required

Nice to Have

  • Additional business-level fluency in other European languages such as German, French and/or Italian
  • Understanding of R&D and Quality software solutions, particularly Clinical, Quality, Regulatory, and Safety
