What You’ll Do
- Own and design product features from start to finish, including user stories, functional & non-functional requirements, feature specifications, quality control checks
- Manage the prioritization and focus on enhancements
- Author high-quality design specifications within an agile methodology based upon industry and downstream systems/customer requirements
- Support release and sprint planning to ensure product enhancements support the needs of the customers at the right time and in the right sequence
- Collaborate closely with Development, QA, Project Management, and Product Management to ensure products are built and delivered with quality
- Be accountable for the success of the product
- Acquire deep subject matter expertise in promotional and non-promotional event programing in life sciences
Requirements
- 6+ years of hands-on business analyst experience/technical services/engineering related positions in the software space
- Must have hands on skill with Agile, Azure UI/UX tool
- Strong understanding of all aspects of the product development lifecycle, including the definition of requirements, engineering, QA, and deployment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in English
- BA/MA/BSc/MSc in relevant fields
Nice to Have
- Hands-on technical experience in engineering, solution architecture, business analytics, or other related positions in the software space
- Experience with Microsoft development tools and technologies and React
- Exposure to Azure cloud environment
- Experience in the Life Sciences industry, SaaS, and/or enterprise products
- Understanding of Life Sciences Speaker Bureau
