What You’ll Do
- Continuously collect, enter, organize, verify, and update customer information through multiple channels such as telephone and Internet.
- Complete relevant data indicator tasks according to time, quantity and quality, produce relevant reports and statements on time and other tasks assigned from time to time.
- Data processing, data analysis, data quality inspection, daily training, and other work contents
Requirements
- College degree or above
- Proficient in using Office software and automation tools
- Basic level of English listening, speaking, reading and writing
- Responsible, team-minded, and able to withstand pressure.
- Good at communication, strong logical thinking, and good language expression skills
Nice to Have
- Candidates with experience in call centers, the pharmaceutical industry, and software development are preferred
- English CET level 6 or above is preferred
