What You'll Do
- Generate new opportunities for existing and new customers
- Work closely with your Account team (Strategy, Services, Marketing, Solution Consultant) to define an Account plan
- Close new business within your territory
- Manage complex Sales Cycles from end to end
- Manage your pipeline in CRM with accuracy and predictability
- Build a team of A players in sales, pre-sales and marketing
Requirements
- 10+ years professional experience in SaaS sales and sales management, managing complex sales cycles and a high-performing sales team with a proven track record
- Entrepreneurship and a tenacious mindset
- Strong interpersonal communication, and presentation skills
- Strong strategic sales abilities to navigate accounts and opportunities
- Ambitious and comfortable taking initiative
- Fast Learner and coachable
- Ability to manage time and priorities
- Team player, able to handle accountability and direction
- Willingness to travel as needed
- BA or BS Degree
Nice to Have
- Sales experience in Consumer Goods, Food & Beverage or Chemicals industries is highly desirable
- Ability to communicate, both written and conversational, in English
- “Start-up” experience
