What You'll Do

  • Generate new opportunities for existing and new customers
  • Work closely with your Account team (Strategy, Services, Marketing, Solution Consultant) to define an Account plan
  • Close new business within your territory
  • Manage complex Sales Cycles from end to end
  • Manage your pipeline in CRM with accuracy and predictability
  • Build a team of A players in sales, pre-sales and marketing

Requirements

  • 10+ years professional experience in SaaS sales and sales management, managing complex sales cycles and a high-performing sales team with a proven track record
  • Entrepreneurship and a tenacious mindset
  • Strong interpersonal communication, and presentation skills
  • Strong strategic sales abilities to navigate accounts and opportunities
  • Ambitious and comfortable taking initiative
  • Fast Learner and coachable
  • Ability to manage time and priorities
  • Team player, able to handle accountability and direction
  • Willingness to travel as needed
  • BA or BS Degree

Nice to Have

  • Sales experience in Consumer Goods, Food & Beverage or Chemicals industries is highly desirable
  • Ability to communicate, both written and conversational, in English
  • “Start-up” experience
