What You'll Do
- Lead a team of 6-8 analysts, including hiring and performance management
- Manage the team’s workload together with product managers
- Ensure the quality of the extracted data
- Select the right tools for data extraction and crawling for the team
- Ensure timely delivery of extracted data and reports
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience leading a technical team
- Strong understanding of good practices, like version control or code reviews
- Hands on experience building robust and scalable crawlers
- Solid understanding of data structures and data models
- Project and task management skills
- Basic understanding of Python
Nice to Have
- Experience with crawling tools like Mozenda or Zyte
- Experience with Redshift
- Experience with Veeva products, like Network
- Understanding of tool evaluation procedures and vendor selection
- Understanding of master and reference data management
