What You'll Do
- Source candidates, onboard, train and develop exceptional Sales talent
- Collaborate with Sales leaders to identify and understand business needs, challenges and sales targets
- Leverage data and metrics to drive insight, make intelligent personnel and business decisions and take action quickly
- Coach, mentor and support SDRs and AAPs in their efforts to generate demand and qualify leads to build pipeline opportunities for the sales team
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional experience with a background in Sales with at least 2 years leading Inside Sales/Sales Development Program
- Experience mentoring new sales talent and supporting skill development through a program
- Ability to leverage data and metrics to drive insight and make intelligent personnel decisions
- Experience within SaaS
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required

- Sold and carried quota in SaaS
