What You'll Do
- Assure that data quality and compliance meet our high standards
- Monitor data delivery to the product
- Optimize the existing data tools to streamline data operations
- Identify data gaps and quality issues from large data sets and provide root cause analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to come up with compelling solutions to complex problems
- Perform ad-hoc analysis and create customized reports for various stakeholders
Requirements
- At least 5 years of working experience as a data analyst or business analyst role, with 1-2 years in a senior or leadership position
- Proven track record delivering complex data analytics projects that drive business decisions with various stakeholders
- Proficiency in using programming languages (eg.Python or R) for data manipulation and automation
- Advanced SQL skills
- Skilled in data visualization tools (e.g., Superset, Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Nice to Have
- Experience with life science data
- Experience with data governance and data quality frameworks
- Experience with workflow orchestration tools (e.g., Apache Airflow)
- Experienced with Atlassian Jira
- Ability to create and maintain automated reporting systems
