What You’ll Do
- Dynamic Segmentation & Targeting: Lead projects by integrating proprietary Veeva data assets. Move clients beyond static targeting to dynamic, behavior-based segmentation.
- Leverage Veeva Data Suite: Utilize specific Veeva data products to uncover actionable insights.
- Data Strategy Consulting: Advise clients on how to clean, integrate, and govern their commercial data to support AI-driven decision-making.
- Performance Analytics: Design dashboards and KPIs that measure the effectiveness of commercial strategies using real-time data inputs.
Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years in Commercial Analytics, Data Science within Pharma/Biotech.
- Core Competency - S&T: Deep expertise in Segmentation & Targeting methodologies, territory alignment, and incentive compensation principles in the China market.
- Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI) and data manipulation (SQL, Python/R is a plus).
- Product Familiarity: Experience working with HCP master data.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to translate complex data sets into a clear business narrative for the Commercial section.

- Experience in Omnichannel Analytics
- Advanced degree in Statistics, Data Science, or Economics.
