What You'll Do

  • Make a difference in transforming the Life Sciences industry by implementing Veeva’s innovative cloud applications for our Life Sciences customers
  • Serve as the “product expert," representing all aspects of our product technology to customers and partners
  • Support Customer Multichannel journey with industry and market expertise
  • Lead or participate in business process discovery workshops and manage the project
  • Take complex client and solution concepts and articulate them to audiences of varying perception levels
  • Plan, manage, and perform application build, test, and deployment activities
  • Data migration from source systems into the Veeva application
  • Be a primary Client contact for project questions, and build trusted relationships with Client stakeholders through interactions in person and remotely
  • Support and mentor Associates in developing skills and professional capabilities

Requirements

  • 5+ years total work experience, 3+ years in Professional IT Services consulting experience
  • Experience in configuration/architecture of Enterprise Software (CRM, SAP, OpenText, HP, IBM, ServiceNow, Workday, etc.)
  • Strong project management and delivery skills
  • Excellent Level of English skills – both verbal and written
  • Based in Singapore and have the legal right to work

Nice to Have

  • Direct experience with Veeva Commercial Cloud applications
  • SaaS/Cloud implementation or Integrations with 3rd party and consulting experience, particularly Salesforce
  • Experience with Pre-Sales activities
  • Understanding of life sciences commercial and medical business practices
