What You'll Do
- Proactively drive customers towards Veeva and industry best practices
- Understand complex business processes and translate them into technical requirements
- Perform system configuration changes and data migrations
- Activate new product features and ensure seamless integration
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely solutions
- Develop and deliver training materials and conduct training sessions
- Create analytical reports to support business decision-making
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with configuring, supporting, and implementing software solutions
- Experience working in a customer-facing and/or consulting role and managing customer expectations
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong desire to continuously learn and develop
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant subject
Nice to Have
- Experience with configuring, supporting, and implementing one of the following Content Management Systems: Veeva PromoMats/MedComms, SharePoint, Zinc MAPS, Documentum, or other similar
- Knowledge and applicable work experience in the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry
- Understanding of life sciences content management principles
