What You'll Do
- We're seeking a leader for our Korea Commercial Services team. This role is responsible for driving the success of our commercial cloud projects mainly focusing on Korea, optimizing our service delivery, and significantly contributing to the growth and evolution of our commercial services offerings within the Life Sciences sector
- Lead & Scale commercial cloud solution projects: Own and ensure the success of projects owned by your team, scaling operations to meet customer demand, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and continuously incorporating lessons learned for future improvements
- Customer relationships: Build and maintain strong customer relationships with select enterprise accounts in addition to strategic smaller accounts
- Drive Business Growth & Value: Contribute directly to scaling commercial services business and champion new value propositions for the Commercial Services team, ensuring our services remain strategic and avoid becoming a "commodity"
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience
- Works for a SI or consulting company
- Top 10 Targeted companies: Accenture, DXC, Cognizant, Infosys, Deloitte, IBM, Capgemini, HCL, TCS and local SIs (not Samsung SDS, LG CNS, SK C&C, but SMB SIs)
- Roles like Practice Manager, Delivery Manager, Program Manager, Project Manager
- Customer-facing role (part of go-to-market team or engagement management team in IT/Tech companies) after implementation experience
- Has led large software implementations
- Based in Seoul
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
Nice to Have
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Korean and English
- Recognized mentor with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to successfully build and manage customer relationships, escalations, and consultant situations
- 10+ years of work experience with consistent advancement and demonstrated growth
- Experience with content and/or data management systems with the ability to comprehend and translate business requirements and create corresponding solution designs
- Demonstrated work history in stakeholder management, critical thinking skills, ability to conduct complex communications in a wide variety of settings and audiences
- Candidate must be based in Seoul and have the legal right to work
