What You’ll Do
- Responsible for solution consulting, including product implementation and system integration. Collaborative commerce in the pre-sales stage
- Individual contributor for Veeva products services delivery projects. Responsible for high-quality project deliverables
- Hands-on production of project deliverables, including technical design and related documents
- Cooperate with the customer and other internal teams at Veeva to ensure projects run smoothly
- Grow the capabilities of the team, develop best practices and accelerators
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business/Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or other similar degree
- Good communication skills in English
- Multi-system integration experience with a solid understanding of architecture
- Familiar with product implementation process and popular programming languages, such as Python, Python, Java, .NET, SQL
- 5+ years work experience in the IT industry
- Motivated and effective self-starter who can lead colleagues and customers through complexity to get results
Nice to Have
- Work experience in the Life Sciences
- Project management and customer-facing experience
- Experience in CRM or Events solutions
- Familiar with WeChat development, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, SFDC.
