What You’ll Do
- Manage and grow a team of consultants focusing on Migration Services for both small and large global accounts (Pharmaceutical and Biotech).
- Lead your team, including resource planning, follow up with their utilization, and ensure their professional growth leading to Employee Success.
- Be a trusted advisor to customers on migration methodology, approach, and leading practices
- Own the hiring process for consultants in India, ensuring a pipeline of high-caliber talent.
- Establish and ensure adherence of methods and tools
- Serve as a point of leadership contact for selected Pharmaceutical and Biotech customers of all sizes, acting as an escalation point.
- Help create proposals, collaborate with engagement managers, and practice teams for customer success
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a leadership/management role and managed technical delivery in a global setting
- 5+ years of experience in implementation or data migration or integration consulting with enterprise software systems (SAP, Documentum, OpenText, Box, SharePoint, Salesforce.com, PeopleSoft, Oracle, Trackwise, Argus, ArisGlobal, etc.)
- Built and managed a team of consultants
- Skilled escalation manager able to navigate complex customer situations and drive outcomes aligned with customer success
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Veeva Vault or other enterprise cloud platforms (eg. CRM or ERP)
- Proficiency in one or more pharmaceutical R&D domain areas such as Regulatory, Clinical, Quality, etc.
