Junior Patent Filing Project Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, scoping, and gathering requirements for client projects.
- Support project scheduling and tracking to ensure on-time delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external vendors to achieve project goals.
- Monitor budgets and assist in controlling project costs.
- Help prepare reports and maintain project documentation.
- Learn to identify and mitigate risks while contributing to contingency planning.
- Build strong working relationships with clients and team members.
- Actively seek ways to improve processes for better delivery and client satisfaction.
- Participate in training to become proficient in project management tools, systems, and methodologies.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Finance, or similar) or equivalent work experience.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exposure or interest about the patent filing and localization industry.
- Experience in project management is preferred
- Experience in financial management and budget
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
