- Proven experience implementing and supporting Apache Airflow solutions, guiding enterprise customers through complex orchestration architectures.
- Strong AWS expertise (infrastructure, cloud-native data services, networking, IAM, and cloud automation).
- Hands-on with Kubernetes (EKS preferred), distributed systems, and large-scale SaaS infrastructure.
- Skilled in scripting/programming (Python/Go) and infrastructure automation (Terraform, Pulumi, Ansible).
- Advanced Terminal/CLI user with solid Git practices and ability to read and debug code effectively.
- Deep understanding of network architectures and cloud-native data ecosystems.
- Excellent customer-facing communication skills, translating complex technical issues for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience integrating monitoring and security tooling (Prometheus, ElasticSearch, Vault).
- Background in data engineering and working within regulated or enterprise environments.

- AI Tooling Proficiency: Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work, including drafting, analysis, research, or process automation. Provide recommendations on effective AI use and identify opportunities to streamline workflows.
