Roles & Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of the region’s P&L and drive sales, trade investment, and product mix to meet financial goals.
- Develop and implement the country’s commercial strategy, working with cross-functional teams to ensure success.
- Manage key accounts, building strong long-term relationships with retailers and distributors.
- Lead teams across functions to meet and exceed sales, P&L, and supply targets.
- Improve commercial processes to boost performance and efficiency.
- Foster a high-performing team culture that supports rapid growth and market disruption.
Skills & Experience
- 6+ years in senior sales or commercial leadership within FMCG.
- Proven track record managing major retailers and distributors across Benelux and Nordic markets.
- Strong commercial acumen with a demonstrable ability to drive revenue, market share, and profitability in competitive environments.
- Strategic thinker and problem solver, able to translate insights into actionable business plans.
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills, capable of engaging internal stakeholders and external partners alike.
- Experienced in leading high-performing, cross-functional teams and fostering accountability and growth.
- Bachelor’s degree and EU work permit required.
