Roles & Responsibilities

  • Work with the Marketing Manager and wider brand team to deliver best-in-class strategies across influencer, social, PR, grassroots, and NPD initiatives.
  • Manage influencer activity, including paid campaigns, seeding programs, and relationships with our core influencer team, to ensure strong performance and high-quality content delivery.
  • Support the execution of global social calendars, owned channel content, and reporting to continuously drive brand engagement.
  • Assist with NPD launches and market entry strategies, including positioning, competitor analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with PR agencies and lead local grassroots activations, ensuring strong ROI and alignment with brand objectives.
  • Contribute to brand strategy and identify growth opportunities by leveraging customer, consumer, and performance data.
  • Support budget tracking and reporting, and assist with the creation of brand assets and presentations for internal and external use.

Skills & Experience

  • You studied Marketing, Business, or equivalent.
  • 2-3 years’ experience within the marketing space, with a growing understanding of core marketing principles—preferably in brand marketing, digital media, and influencer management.
  • Strong ability to multi-task, prioritise, and stay focused in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Creative yet analytical mindset, with a hunger to continuously learn and grow.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant marketing and digital platforms
  • Passionate about marketing, pop culture, and digitally savvy.
  • Excited to contribute to and thrive within a dynamic team culture!
