The Opportunity
- Supply Chain Operations & Production:
- Own day-to-day supply chain execution from production planning through finished goods delivery
- Build and manage production calendars to ensure manufacturing partners meet deadlines, for both new developments and restock production
- Maintain and optimize lead times, production schedules (materials & garments), and material requirements
- Ensure supply chain readiness for launches, promotions, and peak sales periods
- Identify risks early and drive mitigation plans across teams
- Continuously improve systems, workflows, and tools to increase efficiency and scalability
- Inventory Planning & Purchasing:
- Own inventory strategy in partnership with Finance and Commercial teams
- Translate demand planning inputs into purchasing and production plans
- Manage ordering cycles to meet sales targets while minimizing stockouts and overstock
- Track inventory across all warehouses and locations
- Oversee and approve forecasts and purchase orders for raw materials and finished goods
- Logistics, Warehousing & Fulfillment:
- Oversee inbound and outbound freight, import/export coordination, and timelines
- Optimize relationships with 3PL and warehousing partners, and ensure 3PL executes per set KPIs and SLA, via weekly touch points and regular reporting
- Ensure inventory flows predictably and efficiently through the supply chain
- Manage costs and optimize shipping options to reduce expedited shipping costs
- Lead logistics planning and execution for peak periods
- Leadership, Team & Reporting:
- Lead and develop the Supply Chain & Logistics function
- Manage and mentor a small team, including a mid-junior employee, in collaboration with a senior contractor
- Design a scalable team structure that supports growth without over-hiring
- Own departmental reporting, dashboards, and KPIs
- Partner with Finance and Operations leadership on data accuracy and visibility
- Build a culture of ownership, clarity, and continuous improvement
What You Bring to the Table
- 5–7+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, or Logistics leadership
- Experience in eCommerce and physical product businesses (Shopify preferred)
- Apparel, fashion, or consumer goods experience strongly preferred
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Strong project management and analytical capabilities
- Comfortable operating cross-functionally and with overseas partners
- Scrappy, proactive, and execution-oriented — with the ability to build for scale

Location & Working Hours
- This is a hybrid role based in Vancouver, Canada, and will require travel to our office.

Total Rewards
- Annual salary ranges from $140,000 - $170,000 CAD
