THE SKILL SET:
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred, or equivalent practical experience
- 8+ years of comprehensive experience across People Operations and Talent Acquisition and People, including 3+ years of leadership managing high-performing, global teams
- Deep expertise in employment law and statutory compliance, with a strong understanding of the Indian labor market and international standards
- Strategic prioritization skills with the ability to navigate high-demand environments while maintaining executive presence and sound judgment
- Analytical mindset with impeccable attention to detail, specifically regarding workforce trends and organizational data
- Executive-level communication skills with a proven track record of influencing and interfacing with C-suite and senior leadership
- High emotional intelligence (EQ) and empathy, with the ability to handle sensitive employee relations with discretion
