What You'll Do:
- Data Stewardship: Own the end-to-end lifecycle of sales data within SFDC Sales Cloud, ensuring high standards of accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Data Analysis: Create reports in SFDC and Snowflake and perform data analysis to enable leaders to take data driven decisions.
- Enrichment & Intelligence: Manage and integrate third-party data providers like D&B (Dun & Bradstreet), ZoomInfo, etc. to enhance our lead, contact and account intelligence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to resolve data discrepancies and translate business needs into technical data requirements.
What You'll Bring to Coupa:
- Experience: 4–7 years in Data Quality, Sales Operations, or Data Management.
- CRM: Deep proficiency in SFDC Sales Cloud (Object relationships, data validation rules).
- SFDC Case management
- Database: Intermediate SQL skills
- Third-Party Data: Proven experience managing D&B and ZoomInfo integrations
- Spreadsheets: Expert-level mastery of Google Sheets/Excel
- Data Operations: Data quality management in CRM, whitespace data analysis
- Preferred but not mandatory :
- Governance: Familiarity with enterprise tools like Atlan, Informatica, or Collibra.
- Modern Data Stack: Experience with DBT Cloud for data transformation.
- Compliance: Background in regulated industries (Finance, Healthcare) with knowledge of GDPR/CCPA compliance.
