  • We are scaling our go-to-market teams across the Americas and looking for a GTM Recruiter who can run full-cycle searches with speed, rigor, and high care for candidate experience.
  • Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles across the Americas, from intake and sourcing strategy through close.
  • Partner with hiring managers and GTM leadership to clarify requirements, calibrate profiles quickly, and deliver high-quality slates.
  • Build role-specific talent maps and top-of-funnel plans, including targeted outreach, referrals, networking, and creative sourcing channels.
  • Run a consistent, structured process that supports objective evaluation and strong decision-making.
  • Keep candidates informed and engaged with clear communication, timely feedback, and a thoughtful interview experience.
  • Use recruiting data to manage pipeline health, time-to-fill, and hiring velocity, and proactively surface risks with a plan.
  • Collaborate closely with People Ops partners (Comp, People Partners, Ops, Legal, Finance) to deliver a smooth offer and onboarding experience.
  • Maintain strong ATS hygiene and operational rigor so stakeholders always have accurate, real-time visibility.
  • Continuously improve how we hire by tightening workflows, interview loops, and sourcing approaches as the business evolves.
  • 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with meaningful depth in GTM hiring (Sales, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, or adjacent).
  • Strong sourcing instincts and comfort building top-of-funnel strategy, not just processing inbound.
  • Trusted advisor mindset with hiring managers, able to influence calibration and drive crisp decisions.
  • High operational excellence, you run tight processes and keep systems clean without being asked.
  • Data fluency, you use funnel metrics to diagnose problems and improve outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and candidate care, you are direct, responsive, and human.
  • Preferably based near Austin or Palo Alto, and excited to work in a hybrid rhythm with the team.
