Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of agents, including intake, development, deployment, maintenance, and retirement. Maintain centralized inventory and enforce publishing, versioning, and decommissioning controls.
  • Coordinate agent validation and quality assurance activities, including safety, security, and functional testing. Ensure agents meet defined quality and readiness standards prior to enterprise rollout.
  • Enforce governance and compliance requirements by applying sensitivity labels data loss prevention policies, audit logging, and access controls.
  • Ensure all agents adhere to enterprise security, privacy, and regulatory standards.
  • Review, approve, and monitor agent integrations and connector usage.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure integrations are secure, compliant, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
  • Maintain documentation for agent processes including intake criteria, testing requirements, approval workflows and release practices.
  • Identify risks or issues affecting agent readiness and coordinate remediation by partnering with relevant stakeholders.
  • Recommend process improvements to enhance agent quality, strengthen governance controls and increase operational efficiency.

Essential Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Technology, Computer Science, Information Security, or related discipline.
  • Understanding of lifecycle management, governance practices and quality assurance principles.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure usage insights, and Microsoft 365 security controls.
  • Experience in applying data loss prevention policies, sensitivity labels, and audit requirements.
  • Ability to review integrations and connector usage for security, compliance and proper configuration.
  • Experience with platform performance optimization and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across functions and present ideas and recommendations clearly.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite skills
