Your Role:
- Own the end-to-end P&L for the lending vertical (Personal, Business, Vehicle loans, etc.) and drive top-line growth, unit economics, and profitability across all products
- Define and execute the lending product roadmap — eligibility criteria, risk-based pricing, credit policy, customer journey, and lifecycle management to optimize approval-to-disbursal funnel
- Develop and manage diversified customer acquisition and engagement strategies across online (app/web), offline, call center, and partner-led channels to maximize revenue per customer.
- Collaborate with credit, legal, and compliance teams to ensure adherence to RBI and fair-lending regulations while maintaining portfolio quality and minimising partner NPAs
- Forge and manage partnerships with banks, NBFCs, fintech aggregators, and digital platforms
- Use analytics and customer insights to continuously monitor portfolio health, conversion rates, CAC, LTV, and cross-sell opportunities
Qualifiers
- 8–12 years experience in product with 4+ years building lending/credit products
- Proven experience in working with NBFCs/banks/LSP/SLAs
- Experience in building 0 to 1 lending products or building for non metro users is preferred
- MBA / Engineering graduates from a top tier institute
