Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment from role intake to offer acceptance
  • Source candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, internal job postings (IJP) and campus hiring programs
  • Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and drive timely hiring decisions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to set clear expectations on timelines and candidate quality
  • Ensure a smooth, transparent, and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Maintain accurate hiring trackers and ensure recruiter data hygiene
  • Track key recruitment metrics such as TAT, source effectiveness, and offer-to-joining ratios
  • Use automation and AI tools to streamline sourcing, screening, scheduling, and reporting
  • Ensure adherence to hiring processes, approvals, and documentation
  • Manage onboarding and joining processes while working closely with Central HR and other internal teams
  • Support and execute employee engagement initiatives
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives including LinkedIn presence, career page updates, and candidate communications

Must Haves:

  • 2–4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment
  • Hands-on experience with Job Portals, Applicant Tracking Systems and AI-driven recruitment platforms
  • Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
  • High ownership and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Good to Have

  • Passion for sports and the sports-tech ecosystem
  • Previous experience working in a tech or product-based startup
