What you’ll do:
- Design and deploy a resilient Cloud Architecture by using Infrastructure as Code automation tools.
- Design and implement services and tools to manage and scale a service-oriented architecture (e.g., service discovery, config managers, container orchestration, and more).
- Build self-serve infrastructure automation and optimize deployment workflow at scale.
- Build and maintain a Containers Orchestration Platform on GCP Cloud Infrastructure.
- Develop and support tools for infrastructure, and evangelize best practices to be used by other engineers.
- Write Code to implement networking and security at scale.
- Mentoring/supporting engineers regarding development, concepts, and best practices.
Must haves:
- 4+ years of experience as a DevOps or Platform Engineer.
- Experience with GCP Cloud Infrastructure
- Experience with Infrastructure Automation Tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible)
- Experience with Linux & Networking in Production Clusters.
- Experience with Docker & Container Orchestration (e.g., GKE, Helm, ArgoCD).
- Experience with SDLC, SCM, CI/CD Pipelines, Build and Release (e.g., GitHub Actions, MVN, NPM).
- Experience with Observability Platforms (e.g. New Relic)
Good to have:
- Good Understanding of Microservice Design patterns and Distributed Architecture.
- Experience with Database Administration (e.g., MySQL, Cassandra, Redis, Kafka)
- Experience with CDN and Caching Technologies. (e.g GCP MediaCDN, Redis).
- Experience with coding in at least one higher-level language (e.g., Python or GoLang).
- Experience working on Multi Cloud Setup (AWS/Azure).
- Experience on designing and operating AI Platforms.
- Industry Leading Certifications such as CKA, GCP Cloud Architecture, CKAD, etc.
- Good understanding of Data Engineering Technologies.
- Good understanding of Cloud Security Best Practices
- Good understanding on FinOps, AIOps, MLOps.
