Responsibilities and Duties
- Generate, update, and manage renewal, add-on, and upgrade quotes, ensuring accuracy in pricing, proration, expiration dates, and applied discounts
- Review and validate opportunity data in the CRM system to maintain proper hygiene, staging accuracy, and compliance with internal processes
- Submit closed-won opportunities for processing and support custom quote requests as needed by the Global Renewal Specialist team
- Track personal productivity metrics, support onboarding of new team members when required, and collaborate actively in team meetings and operational discussions
Qualifications and Skills
- Associate’s Degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
- 2+ years of experience in administrative, sales support, renewal operations, or CRM-related roles
- Hands-on experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms (preferred)
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Docs) and Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to review quotes, discounts, payment terms, and contract data accurately
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple requests simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting productivity and quality metrics
- Customer-oriented mindset with strong service and support skills
- Comfort working with performance metrics and daily activity tracking in a structured, process-driven environment
