Responsibilities and Duties

  • Generate and update renewal, add‑on, and upgrade quotes, including adjustments for proration and expiration.
  • Review pricing elements such as discounts, free months, and payment terms to ensure accurate quote details.
  • Verify data quality and staging within the CRM to support the Global Renewal Specialist team.
  • Submit finalized opportunities for processing and provide support with custom quotes, onboarding tasks, and tracking personal performance metrics.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent work and educational experience.
  • Proficiency using Gmail and Google productivity tools.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Ability to navigate common web browsers such as Chrome or similar tools.
  • Experience using Salesforce or another CRM platform is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
  • Customer‑service oriented with strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Capacity to work independently and handle tasks with minimal supervision.
