Responsibilities and Duties
- Generate and update renewal, add‑on, and upgrade quotes, including adjustments for proration and expiration.
- Review pricing elements such as discounts, free months, and payment terms to ensure accurate quote details.
- Verify data quality and staging within the CRM to support the Global Renewal Specialist team.
- Submit finalized opportunities for processing and provide support with custom quotes, onboarding tasks, and tracking personal performance metrics.
Qualifications and Skills
- Associate’s degree or equivalent work and educational experience.
- Proficiency using Gmail and Google productivity tools.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to navigate common web browsers such as Chrome or similar tools.
- Experience using Salesforce or another CRM platform is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
- Customer‑service oriented with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively within a team.
- Capacity to work independently and handle tasks with minimal supervision.
