Senior Technical Recruiter

Job Responsibilities:
- Own full-cycle recruiting from intake → sourcing → assessment design → interviews → offers → close → onboarding handoff.
- Close mid-senior & leadership searches in Product & Engineering teams.
- Sourcing & talent mapping: build target lists, competitor maps; run outbound through LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack, X/Twitter, communities, events, referrals.
- Stakeholder partnership: run role kickoffs, calibrations, weekly funnel reviews; advise on job scope, leveling, compensation, and interview structure.
- Assessment quality: craft bar-raising, structured interviews; enable panel training; maintain scorecards; drive signal quality and reduce bias.
- Offer strategy & closing: create compelling narratives, manage complex negotiations (cash/equity), counteroffers, and notice-period risks.
- Data-driven ops: track and improve funnel metrics (sourcing mix, CV→screen, screen→onsite, onsite→offer, offer→join, time-to-hire).
- Employer brand & candidate experience: write crisp JDs, outreach copy, and content; maintain white-glove communication.
- Talent market intelligence: report on compensation, availability, and competitor moves to guide hiring plans.
Experience and Requirements:
- 7–10 years of full-cycle tech recruiting experience; startup or high-growth tech product company experience strongly preferred.
- Proven track record closing mid-senior ICs and leadership roles in Product & Engineering.
- Strong sourcing chops and research rigor; comfortable headhunting passive talent.
- Excellent stakeholder management with senior engineering/product leaders and founders.
- Strength in structured interviewing, leveling, and compensation frameworks (cash + equity).
- Metrics mindset: you’ve improved throughput/quality with data, not anecdotes.
- Clear, persuasive communication and candidate storytelling.
- Demonstrated drive to succeed in closing candidates and consistently achieving recruitment targets, with a strong focus on delivering results.
- A hands-on approach with a strong attention to detail, demonstrating a willingness to dive into the intricacies of the recruitment process to ensure effective execution.
- Experience using recruitment software such as ATS (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
