- Talent Strategy & Sourcing: Own and scale hiring across GTM and commercial functions by building proactive pipelines through strategic sourcing. Lead the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across Sales, BD, Partnerships, Marketing, Growth, Customer, and Commercial Strategy, from sourcing and intake through to offer negotiation and close.
- Candidate Experience: Deliver a consistently high-quality, high-touch candidate experience for senior commercial talent, ensuring clarity, pace, and thoughtful engagement while strengthening Immutable’s reputation in the global GTM talent market.
- Innovative Recruitment Practices: Continuously evolve hiring approaches by exploring new sourcing methods, tools, and market insights to optimise speed, quality, and scalability. Leverage ATS, GenAI tools, and global talent networks to attract and engage high-calibre GTM operators.
- Collaboration with Hiring Teams: Partner closely with senior commercial and growth leaders as a trusted advisor, shaping hiring strategies, workforce plans, and role prioritisation while advising on market conditions, talent availability, and trade-offs.
- Employer Branding: Support and influence GTM-focused employer branding initiatives by partnering with internal teams to position roles effectively in the market and tell compelling stories that resonate with senior commercial talent.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Use hiring data and reporting tools (e.g. Lever Visual Insights, LinkedIn Recruiter, Talent Insights, Metaview) to deliver actionable insights, track funnel health and hiring performance, and continuously refine hiring strategies and outcomes.
We'd Love You To Bring 🤝:
- 7+ years of recruiting experience, with sustained ownership of complex hiring portfolios, primarily in-house
- Recent experience (2+ years) in a start-up or scale-up, partnering directly with founders and executive leadership
- Deep expertise hiring GTM and revenue-generating roles, with a strong instinct for what high-performing commercial operators look like
- Proven trusted-advisor mindset, influencing hiring decisions and workforce strategy rather than simply executing requests
- Strong end-to-end recruitment capability, from intake and sourcing through assessment, offer strategy, and close
- Advanced sourcing skills for hard-to-hire commercial profiles in competitive markets
- Data-driven approach to hiring, using metrics and funnel insights to improve quality, speed, and outcomes
- Comfort operating in ambiguity, balancing shifting priorities and aggressive timelines in high-growth environments
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively across competing demands
- Background in high-growth tech, SaaS, or platform businesses, scaling GTM teams
- Experience hiring globally or across multiple regions (APAC, EMEA, Americas)
- Experience building or evolving recruitment processes for scale, not just one-off hires
- Strong judgment on talent quality beyond CVs, assessing impact, execution ability, and commercial acumen
- Familiarity with modern recruiting tools and dashboards to track pipeline health and performance
